Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations: If you cancel your appraisal request within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be issued.

  • Service Issues: If there are significant errors in the completed appraisal report that are the fault of Baldwin Appraisal Services LLC, we will offer a corrected report or, at our discretion, a refund.

  • Non-Completion of Service: If we are unable to complete the appraisal due to circumstances beyond our control (such as access issues or incorrect information), a partial refund may be issued depending on the stage of service completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed Reports: Once an appraisal report has been delivered to the client, it is non-refundable. This is because the services have already been rendered and the report is based on data, analysis, and time invested in the appraisal process.

  • Client Error: If a request is made based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, no refund will be issued once the report is completed.
